All orders are processed and manufactured to order within 2 to 3 weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Irish Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free shipping with DPD within Republic of Ireland on all orders. Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days from date of shipping notification.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer international shipping to the following countries & regions:

• European Union (excluding Åland Islands, Canary Islands, and Cyprus).
• Australia
• United Kingdom
• United States of America

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rustic Hardwood is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@rustichardwood.eu with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@rustichardwood.eu with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Although every effort is made to provide the perfect item, timber is not flawless, and natural cracks are in the timber from air drying. This is a feature of the product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
